• Once you check out, the gifting process begins! Using email, SMS, even WhatsApp, we’ll contact your recipient.
• They’ll enjoy a digital card with your personalized message and information that a gift is arriving shortly.
• Meanwhile, our experts are already preparing their gift, which is delivered on the earliest possible date.
• Like every order, you’ll get an email to confirm the delivery.

You can also send an e-Gift Card in much the same way. The only thing to change is that your recipient will use their unique code to redeem the gift, or select the item from our catalog they want most!

We verify delivery address for you

That’s right; we’re so good we don’t even need you to know your recipient’s delivery address.

When you check out, make sure you let us know you need some help by checking, “I don’t have the recipient’s address.” We’ll use the information you do have to get in touch with your recipient and make this delivery happen.

Here’s how it works:
 

• You’ll let us know how to contact them, such as their email, phone number, Whatsapp or Viber, or even their social media account.
• We will use this information to contact your recipient on your behalf to find out the best time and place to deliver their gift.
• Once we have made arrangements with your recipient, we will update you to let you know the delivery schedule. As always, we will also update you once the gift delivery is complete.

• Let us know your budget from $50–500 USD in increments of $50 USD. Our order form will also ask for your recipient’s mobile phone number or email address to get in touch with them.
• Using this information, we will reach out to your recipient and email them our Address and Preference Request Service form so they can answer a few quick questions. Go ahead and try it yourself! The information they give us on this form will allow our human-assisted AI to select the perfect gift.
• Our expert team will design and deliver a gift based on your budget and your recipient’s choices.
